Delivery Date Information
Thanksgiving 2day air will ship on 11.14, ground will ship on 11.15, and next day air will begin shipping on 11.16. All orders placed on or after 11.16 will require Next Day Air. If you have not received your KellyBronze by 11.19, please contact us asap.
Orders placed on 11.17 through 11.22 may be subject to shipping delays.
All Christmas orders must be placed by 12.14. They will ship on 12.15. If you have not received your KellyBronze by 12.20 please contact us asap.
All Easter orders must be placed by 3.30.23. They will ship on 03.31.23 If you have not received your bird by 4.4.23 please contact us ASAP.

The Home of KellyBronze Pickup
To pickup your items from KellyBronze, 6975 Jarman’s Gap Rd, Crozet VA 22932, please try and bring your order number with you.

If you place an order for Home Delivery or for Collection from The Home of KellyBronze, Crozet, an email will be sent to the email address provided.
Is it OK to deliver next door?
If your order is being delivered to a home address you may add additional information. During the checkout simply add a message e.g. ‘Leave in garage’ in the ‘Comments/courier notes’.
Order for friends & family
You can shop for friends and family and we can deliver within the US.
If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. If, for some reason, delivery is not possible, goods will be returned to the (cold) depot and delivery attempted again the next day.

Tracking your order
